Using Tend

Tend helps organize everyday household tasks. You remain responsible for deciding which tasks are appropriate and safe. It does not provide medical treatment or professional advice about hazardous materials, repairs, or cleaning chemicals. Follow product labels and seek appropriate help for unsafe work.

You keep ownership of the content you add. For optional cloud features, permission to process that content is limited to providing, securing, and maintaining the requested service. Use only content you have permission to share. Do not misuse other people’s accounts or attempt to disrupt the service.

AI suggestions

Planned AI features provide editable suggestions that may be incomplete or incorrect. You choose whether to accept a plan. A generated plan does not establish that a room is safe, hygienic, or fully clean. Manual planning remains available without AI consent.

Tend Plus

The planned US prices are $4.99 per month and $39.99 per year. Both plans provide the same Plus tier for one household of up to six adult accounts. Prices in other regions will be shown by the App Store before purchase. Planned AI limits are 60 text drafts and 10 photo drafts per household per UTC calendar month, without rollover; a free account may try three text drafts in total.

Apple will charge your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or a Tend account does not cancel Apple billing. Apple handles refund requests under its applicable policies.

The household owner purchases and restores the plan using the original Tend account. On expiry, household data is preserved; other members’ collaboration becomes read-only while the owner retains manual use. Cloud availability, limits, and pricing will be clearly presented in the released app.

License and availability

The App Store version will use Apple’s standard End User License Agreement. These product details do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law. Features may be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages. Keep exports of information you need independently of the service.
